Meet Mike, a construction veteran with a story as diverse as the regions he's worked in – California, Nevada, Colorado, Illinois, and Wyoming. After four years serving in the Marines, Mike spent a whopping 40 years shaping the landscapes of these states.

When he's not overseeing construction, you'll catch Mike glued to football, passionately cheering on the Bears. But rewind a few years, and you'll find him knee-deep in outdoor adventures with his kids. Camping, fishing, snowmobiling – Mike is all about that outdoor family life.
